FloraQueen came though when it COUNTED!

Used FloraQueen for the first time as the ""old"" and well established FDT company has only limited choices on European deliveries. While for a few moments I had my doubts about FloraQueen as I received an e-mail the next day saying they could not deliver the flowers - no specific reason was given (a boiler plate computer template message). I immediately called the receiving party in Europe to confirm the folks were in town and at home. I then e-mailed FloraQueen back to confirm address, phone numbers, e-mail, and the fact that all pertinent data was correct. I received a phone call a few hours later from the receiving party confirming the flowers were delivered. I also received a confirming e-mail the following day from FloraQueen of the successful delivery.FloraQueen YOU GOT THIS!
